With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Martha Mae Huffman of Greenville, Mississippi, born in Cleveland, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 23, 2024 at the age of 81. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Martha Mae may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Lee and Bathie Dixon; her husband Tommy Huffman; her son Telmer Latham; and her brothers, Harry and Bobby Dixon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Julia Hicks (Raymond) of Greenville, Mary Latham of Greenville and Vickie McFatridge of Greenville; and her sister Janie Emerson of Clarksdale, MS. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
