He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Vernon Kerr and Edna Glenna Kerr; his sisters, Patricia Mayfeild and Judy Cooper; his children, Phillip Wayne Kerr II (Cheryl) of Greenville and Cheryl McBride (Tom) of Lebanon; and his grandchildren, Katie Russell (Tyler), Haley Wasmer (Tyler) and Avery Kerr. He was also cherished by five great-grandchildren.
