It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Suzanne Wong Woo in Greenville, Mississippi, who passed away on August 30, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Suzanne departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Suzanne. Though Suzanne may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her husband William McKinley Woo of Macon, GA.; her parents, Sheow Kwong Wong and Boo Gen Wong; and her brothers, Jim Wong and Gordon Wong.
She is survived by: her daughters, May Jean Woo and Leigh Ying Woo; her siblings, Juanita Mei (William) and Leonard Wong (Jeanette); and her sister-in-law May K. Wong. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, many cousins.
