He was predeceased by : his father Charles Neal; and his grandson Shepherd Rogers. He is survived by : his mother Bonnie Holland Morgan of Greenwood; his daughters, Haley Rogers (Tanner) of Hattiesburg and Emily Morgan of Grenada; his sister Debbie Overley (Sammy) of Carrollton; and his grandson Crue Rogers of Hattiesburg.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Greenwood Delta Funeral Home (1008 Sgt John Pittman Dr, Greenwood, MS 38930). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
