She was predeceased by : her parents, Lonnie Morgan and Dorothy Morgan. She is survived by : her husband Marvin Nicholson, Jr. of Greenwood, MS; her children, Melinda Nance (Eddie) of Winona, MS, Justin Nicholson (Beth) of Greenwood, MS and Philip Nicholson (Rhonda) of Chandler, OK; her grandchildren, Keesler Cox, Drew Nicholson, Morgan Nance, Mary Leesam Nicholson, Caroline Nicholson and Ann Sutton Nicholson; and her great grandchild Gavin Cox.
Memorials may be made to the Leflore County Humane Society or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
