He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel Morgan and Ruby W. Morgan; his sister LaFrances Hargett; his brother-in-law Herbert Hargett; and his siblings, Tiny Oglesby, Rex Morgan (Duke) and Gaye Black.

He is survived by: his wife Vicki Wilkey Morgan; his daughters, Lees Pearson (Mark) of Aspen and Missy Hagen (Marty) of Greenwood; the mother of his children Linda Lee Morgan; his stepchildren, Allison Meek (McLeod) and Austin Wilkey (Heather) of Greenwood, MS; his siblings, Duke Morgan (Jane) and Scarlotte Pittman (Crymes); his grandchildren, Melba Pearson Voskamp (Caleb), Covington Pearson and Hubert Pearson; his great grandchild Liberty Lee Voskamp; his stepgrandchildren, Deren Meek Sciara (Sam), Wilkes Meek, Mere Austin Wilkey and Anderson Wilkey; and his sister-in-law Dale Morgan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
