With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Pillow Olmsted in Greenwood, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 1, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Robert shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Robert farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (300 Main St, Greenwood, MS 38930). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Scales-Pillow Family Cemetery (2905 River Rd, Greenwood, MS 38930).
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Leflore County Humane Society.
