He was predeceased by: his son Solon Scott III of America's Catch; his parents, Elizabeth Stephens Scott and Solon Alexander Scott Sr.; his brother Steve Scott Sr.; and his close friend Solon A. Scott III.
He is survived by: his wife Teresita; his daughter Liz Barrett (Noel) of Greenwood; his daughter-in-law Ashley Scott of Greenwood; his stepchildren, Dr. Hannah Gwin of Gulfport, Helen Gwin O'dell (Peyton) of Greenwood and Hugh Atkinson (Kathleen) of Greenwood; his grandchildren, Solon A. Scott IV, Ava Scott of Greenwood, Noelle Barrett Linebach (Sean) of Nashville, TN, Scott Barrett of Franklin, TN, Isabella, Alexandra O'dell of Greenwood, Gage, Olivia Atkinson of Grenada, Landon Atkinson and Maggie Atkinson of Greenwood; and his great grandchildren, Eliza and Grant Linebach of Nashville, TN..
