She is survived by: her grandchildren, Eric Wayne Sullivan, Stephanie Sullivan Utroska (Chris), Ashley Sullivan Berryhill (Jason), Pamela Sullivan Trusty (BJ) and Heather Sullivan Sappenfield (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Madison Hill, Brody Utroska, Gabbie Berryhill, Gracie Berryhill, Tripp Penn, Peyton Sullivan, Breckin Trusty, Brady Rae Sappenfield and Bryce Sappenfield.
