He is survived by: his wife Emily Young James; his children, Jennifer James Cheesar (Anthony) of Dallas, TX, Beth James Welch (Brad) of Hernando and John Darrell James (Erin) of Oak Park, IL; his sister Cheryl Grantham of Hernando; and his grandchildren, Kellyanne Martin, Hannah Cheesar, Emmy Cheesar, Lilly Cheesar, Brody Welch, Cooper James, Fiona James and Phoebe James.
