She was predeceased by: her parents, Roderick Adell and Laverne Hubbard Scoggins; her husband Robert Earl "Bobby" Howe, Sr.; and her brother Roderick Scoggins. She is survived by: her children, Christy Howe Vance (Joe) of New Albany, Michelle Howe Downs of Grenada and Robert Earl "Robbie" Howe, Jr. (Amy) of Leland; her brothers, Paul Scoggins of Houston, TX and Mike Scoggins (Rose) of Pope; her grandchildren, Taylor Howe, Reed Howe, Allie Pierce (Brett), Caleb Vance (Bella), Drew Vance, Preston Downs and Nelson Downs; and her great grandchildren, Pharis Catt and Addie Pierce.
