He was predeceased by: his parents, P. A. Turner and Mattie B. Cole Turner; his daughter Sandra McRee; and his siblings, Callie Turner and Charles Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Ivy Elizabeth Mabus Turner; his sons, Randy Turner of Duck Hill and Tim Turner (Tara) of Oxford; his siblings, Diane Turner Cook (William) of Oakland and Jerry Turner (Janette) of Flowood; his grandchildren, Jessica McRee, Michael Turner, Megan Turner and Mary Bridges; and his great grandchildren, Marisol Turner, Dawson Turner, Preslee Turner, Jude Bridges, Jack Edwards and Luke Edwards.
