He is survived by: his parents, Jerry O. Toney of Grenada, MS and Pattie M. Toney of Grenada, MS; his brother Jerry L. Toney (Christan) of Starkville, MS; and his children, Andrew Toney-Noland (Caroline) of Portland, OR and Allyn Hillerman (Andrew) of Memphis, TN. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery fund in Cadaretta, MS.
