He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Freely and Clytee Vanlandingham Freely; and his brothers, Van Earl Freely and Scott Freely. He is survived by: his wife Joan Freely; his children, Michael Freely (Jo Anna) of Starkville and Stephanie Case (Duane) of Hernando; his grandchildren, Cali Sims, Cole Freely, Colby Freely, Keegan Case and Cory Freely; and his great grandchildren, David Sims, Isabella Sims, Kylan Sims and Amelia Sims.
