As Donald departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Donald may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Donald leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Burdell Passer and Gretelle Nail Passer. He is survived by: his daughter Judith Epstein of California; and his siblings, Karen Kinard of Grenada and Bob Passer of Grenada. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
