He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Carl Skelton and Ruby Lee Huffman Skelton; his wife Rose Mullen Skelton; and his brothers, Carl, Johnny, Lynn, Robert, Mack, Jerry and Myron Skelton.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Rose Skelton Haley (Neil) of Grenada and Mindy Carol Skelton of Grenada; and his grandchildren, Madison Gray-Rose Haley, Lindsey Diane Skelton Tartt, Gary Keith Davis (Trista), Angelo Kol Skelton and Maci Nicole Kent. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
