It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Iris Stanford of Grenada, Mississippi, who passed away on October 28, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Jackson and Norene Nixon West; her husband Thomas E. "Ed" Stanford; her brothers, Tilden West and Henry West; and her nephews, James West Boland, Robert Lowry Boland, Jr. and Keith Lynn West.
She is survived by: her children, Sonja Walker of Ruston, LA, Jeff Stanford (Cindy) of Madison, Lisa McCuiston (Mike) of Starkville and Caron Barham (Marty) of Mobile, AL; her grandchildren, Keri Taylor (Keith) of Mobile, AL, Bradley Walker (Katie) of Ruston, LA, Hope Vancil of Madison, Meredith Betts (Ronnie, Jr.) of Mantee, Blake McCuiston (Ashley) of Maben, Kylea Sanderock Miller of Grenada, Jody Sanderock of Grenada and Amy Barham of Grenada; her great grandchildren, Anna, Logan, William, Luke Taylor, Vivian, Townes Walker, Sydney, Parker Vancil, Carson, Hayden Betts, Brantley, Emma McCuiston and Carole Miller; and her sisters, Lou Boland (Robert) of Columbus and Irma Boland of Calhoun City. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
