He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Estelle and Gladys Taylor Windham; his wife Joyce Wilson Windham; his son Jimmy Frank Windham; and his sister Peggy Chapuis.
He is survived by: his children, Shirley Wiltshire of Poplarville and Jerry Wayne Windham (Doris) of Brandon; his grandson Beau Wiltshire (Brooke); and his great grandchildren, Charlotte of Poplarville, Jackson of Poplarville and Benjamin Wiltshire of Poplarville.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service (4817 Commerce St, Grenada, MS 38901). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
