He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Woods and Lura Bell Few Woods; his wife Yvonne Woods; and his brothers, Billy and Larry Woods.
He is survived by: his sons, Steve Woods (Tammy) of Grenada, Frank Woods (Cherish) of Pearl, Charlie Woods (Dana) of Duck Hill and Lee Woods (Deanna) of Grenada; and his grandchildren, Stan Woods (Rachael), Neil Woods (Kayla), Evan Woods (J. B.), Preston Woods (Swayze), Nathan Woods, Brittani Colburn and Michael Smith. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McKibben & Guinn Funeral Service (4817 Commerce St, Grenada, MS 38901).
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
