He was predeceased by : his father Robert Lee Vance, Sr.; his grandparents, Robert and Patsy Vance; his aunt Rhonda Trusty; and his uncle Tracy Vance.

He is survived by : his wife Lyndsey Vance; his son Tyler Vance; his sister Nicole Shuffield (Andrew); his grandmother Lilly Hendricks; his niece Khloe Shuffied; his nephews, Cory Whitsell, Logan Whitsell and Dylan Shuffield; his aunt Karen Vance; and his cousins, Kayden Ashmore, Alicia Smith (Barry) and Andrew Roberts.

A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Smith Cemetery.
