He is survived by: his sons, Richard Smart of Grenada, Steve Smart (Ronda) of Grenada and Jerry Smart of Grenada; his sister-in-law Patsy Smart; and his grandchildren, Jackie Smart, Tiffany Blaine (Samuel), Brittany Hawkins (Hunter), Dillon Smart (Sarah), Christy Covington (Chris), Jeremy Smart (Tiffanie), Colton Smart and Kyle Smart (Brittany). He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
