He is survived by: his wife Gloria King Wilbourn; his children, Rebekah Wilbourn Moulder (David) of Brandon, Esther Wilbourn Benson of Jackson and Paul "Stoney" Wilbourn, Jr. (Lisa) of Grenada; his brother David Wilbourn of Grenada; and his grandchildren, Burkette Moulder, Hensley Moulder, Paul "Trey" Wilbourn, III, Sarah Breyden Moulder, Rebekah Brooke Benson, Mary Taylour Wilbourn and Tanner Wilbourn.
