He is survived by: his siblings, Connie Morgan (Sam) of Carrollton, Carol Ayers (Chester) of Batesville, Debbie Costilow of Grenada, Terry Costilow of Grenada and Gary Costilow of Cleveland. He is also survived by three nieces and one nephew including several great nieces and nephews.
