He was predeceased by: his parents, Powell B. Lott and Hildred Corder Lott; and his daughter Donna Livingston Smith. He is survived by: his wife Betty Gatlin Lott; his son Ronnie Livingston (Beverly) of Cleveland; his sister Irene Floyd (Randy) of Gore Springs; and his grandsons, Jason Hodges, Rob Livingston, Garrett Turner and Cole Turner. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
