He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Toole and Janie L. McCullar Toole; and his siblings, Betty Jane Mathews, James Irwin, Robert Lee and Melvin Toole.
He is survived by: his wife Lou Toole; his daughter Virginia Sosebee (Ginny); his stepdaughter Carol Senn; his sons, Mark, John and Hunt Toole; his stepson Rick Senn; and his sister Carolyn Toole Via. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, one great-granddaughter.
