He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Henry, Sr. and Dorothy Pegg Carroll; his brother Tommie Gene Carroll; and his grandson Nathan Daniel Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Judy Carroll; his son Charles Carroll (Christin) of Olive Branch; and his grandsons, Matthew Jackson Carroll of Blue Springs and Jonathan Day Carroll of Blue Springs.
Memorials may be directed to the First Baptist Church – Grenada Building Fund or to the Downs Syndrome Association of Memphis and the Mid-South.
