In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy William Kirby leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though William Kirby may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Turner, Sr. and Evelyn Carolyn Sayle Turner; and his sister Miss Mamie Brewer Turner. He is also survived by sixteen first cousins, thirty- five second cousins, too many to count third cousins, a few fourth cousins, and two fifth cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Wilson and Knight Funeral Home (910 US-82, Greenwood, MS 38930). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
