He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Picard and Ethel Picard; his brother Ricky Picard; his great-niece Jennifer McFarland; his great-nephew Wyatt Picard; and his father-in-law Peter M. Barhonovich, Sr..

He is survived by: his wife Lisa Barhonovich Picard; his siblings, Kathy McFarland (Jimmy) of Elgin, SC, John Picard (Olga) of Pensacola, FL, Steve Picard (Mary) of Gulfport, David Picard of Biloxi and Lynette Clayton (Billy) of Savannah, GA; his sister-in-law Cindy Picard of D'Iberville; his mother-in-law Annette M. Barhonovich of Biloxi; and his siblings-in-law, Marc Barhonovich (Lori) of Lutz, FL, Ann Mathews (Ricky) of Biloxi and Peter Barhonovich (Jennifer) of Gulfport. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, godchildren, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the St. Michael Bereavement Committee.
