He was predeceased by: his wife Pamela Jean Miller; his daughter Staci Ellen Necaise; his parents, Gordon Miller and Robbie Miller; and his siblings, Dean Betts and Ricky Miller.

He is survived by: his children, Apryl Connelly Stroud, Wayne Miller (Jennifer) and Jason Miller (Crysy); his grandchildren, Noah Necaise, Addyson Sneed (Brandon), Dana Howard (Caleb), Wayne Adams, Chloe Miller, Dakota Adams and Colin Miller; and his sisters, Gloria Jones Hebbe and Linda Miller Vollintine. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
