He was predeceased by : his father James Donald Malley. He is survived by : his wife Deidra; his son Trevor; his stepdaughter Amanda Crosby; his grandchildren, Azariah Watson and Matthias Crosby; his mother Audrey Dryden; and his siblings, Barbara Hadley (John), Richard Malley, Ron Malley (Mona), Donna Malley, David Malley (Lisa) and Tabitha Malley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Redeemer Baptist Church (1902 Kelly Ave, Gulfport, MS 39501).
