He was predeceased by: his son Carl James Lizana Jr.; his brothers, Eddie and Ernie Lizana; and his parents, Lucille Lizana and Paul Lizana.
He is survived by: his daughter Elisha Tinsley; his son-in-law Mike; his grandchildren, Courtney Alyssa Dudney, Tre' Dudney (Grace), Karlie Dudney (Alex), Ragan Downs (Zack), Gavin Lizana and Ethan Burgess; his great grandchildren, Noah Arnold, Presley Downs and Blake Downs; his siblings, Dorothy Beach, Ronnie Lizana and Paul Woodcock; and his wife Lydia Lizana. He is also survived by loving extended family—many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
