He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Rackley and Carol Rackley. He is survived by: his friend John Welter; his wife Paige Everett Rackley; his daughter Mary Claire Rackley; and his siblings, Andra Overstreet (Tim), William Rackley, Douglas Rackley (Lisa) and Jocelyn Teismann (Todd). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
