He was predeceased by: his mother Gladys Elaine Jenkins (Breland); his grandparents, Woodrow, Alice Breland, Cayce and Edna Jenkins; and his brother-in-law Steven Thamert.
He is survived by: his children, Heidi Hartshorn (Robbie Cecil) of Gulfport and Levi Walker of McPhearson, KS; his siblings, Loni Thamert of Wiggins, Billy Westbrook (Donna) of Lucedale and Paul Westbrook of Gulfport; his grandchildren, Phoenix, Oden, Dante and Emma; and his niece Kelli.
