He is survived by: his sister Linda Lee Cunningham Kurtzberg (Alan) of Westminster, Colorado.; his nephews, Alan Philip Kurtzberg, Jr. of Peyton and Eric Daniel Kurtzberg (Kelsey Farrell) of Littleton, Colorado.; his niece Rachel Lacy Kurtzberg Warren (Jeff) of Arvada; and his cousins, William "Bill" Paul Lacy (Linda) of Manassas, Virginia and Michael "Mike" David Lacy (Carol) of Gulfport.
