He is survived by: his wife LaWanda Barker Ramage; his daughters, Amber Ramage Craig (Hunter) and Fallon Ramage Josef (Jason); his grandchildren, Emma Ann Craig, Olivia Jane Craig, Laura Jewel Josef, Lillian Marie Josef and Clayton Michael Josef; and his brother Rusty Ramage (Kitty). He is also survived by his wife, daughters, grandchildren, family, friends.
