He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Jones and Ruby Jackson Mills; and his siblings, Barbara Ann Burton, Mary Alice Mills, Willie Mills, Charles Ruth and Jesse Mills.
He is survived by: his children, Lezzeunna May of Gulfport, MS and Castella Nixon of Hamden, CT; his aunt Josephine Wright of Portsmouth, VA; and his grandchildren, Diamond Denesha May of Clarksville, TN, Lezzeunna Danreell May Cousan of Clarksville, TN and Marcus Dendreel Day of Gulfport, MS. He is also survived by three great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 606 Tennessee St, Gulfport, MS 39507. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
