Johnston; his children, Stephanie Skye Blair (Michael) and David Johnston, Jr. (Katelyn); his grandchildren, Embey, Violet, Maxwell Blair, Joelle, David III, Juliette and Marilyn Johnston; and his siblings, Clifton Johnston, Jr. (Johnette), Patty Moholland (Ken), Jerry Johnston (Becky) and Theresa Morgan (Richard).
