He was predeceased by: his parents, L. C. Varnado and Etta Dye Varnado; his siblings, Delphine O'Mara and Harold Varnado; and his brothers-in-law, Leroy Lee, Donovan Ladner and Edvon Ladner.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Betina "Tina" Price and Brian Christopher "Chris" Varnado; his siblings, Gladys Lee, Ethel Ladner, Mary Moran and Leslie Varnado; and his grandchildren, Denyelle Jones (Jason), Chad Lawrence (Kristin), Kelsey Mullett (Chris) and David Varnado. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
