She is survived by: her sons, Malcolm McAlpin III (Marsha) of Houston, TX and Michael McAlpin (Deirdre) of Pinehurst, NC; her grandchildren, Ryan McAlpin (Annette), Nicholas McAlpin, Sara McAlpin Helwig (Adam), Jennifer McAlpin and Erin McAlpin Shi (Kevin); and her great grandchildren, Zachary, Timothy, Ashton, Madison, Conner McAlpin and Claire Helwig.
