She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherrell Simon Clark and Avis Lee Bardwell Clark. She is survived by: her husband Chester Lee Rice; her daughters, Avis Lee Rice Breland (Gary), Rebecca Lucille Rice Smith (Homer) and Barbara Annette Rice Richardson (Patrick); her sisters, Elsie Marie Corley and Helen Lucille Devilon (Dennis); and her grandchildren, Jeremy Michael Breland, Brandon Chad Breland, Christyn Dealeen Olaivar, Jamin Mason Davidson, Aubrie Michelle Lane, Christopher Chase Richardson, Joshua Christian Richardson and Austin Ryan Richardson. She is also survived by 28 great grandchildren; and 12 great-great grandchildren.
