She was predeceased by: her husband John "J. C." Mozingo; her parents, James A. Simmons and Eva Mae Keller Simmons; her son Lloyd Daniel "Dan" Mozingo; her daughter-in-law Dianne Carney Mozingo; her siblings, Jamie Simmons, Delma Simmons, Joe Ben Simmons and Dot Nobles; and her brother-in-law Everett Wright.
She is survived by: her sons, John Calvin Mozingo, Jr. (Linda) and Dr. Ronald "Ron" C. Mozingo; her grandchildren, John Mozingo, III (Mary), Angela Murray (Christopher), Kimberly Dawn Mozingo, Tamara Joy Mozingo, Amanda Leigh Mozingo, Moriah Denise Mozingo and Trent Daniel Mozingo; her great grandchildren, Cody Pettis, Mary Katherine Mozingo, John Mozingo, IV, Megan Murray, Teagan Cosby and Piper Cosby; and her siblings, Mildred Wright and David Simmons (Bobbie). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
