She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelina Nelson and Samuel Booker; and her husband Harold Sullivan. She is survived by: her daughters, Faith Antonia Sullivan and Carol Nessie Mays (Warwick); her grandchildren, McKinley, Olivia, Madyson and Ava; her great grandchild Kaison; her stepdaughter Joycelyn Clark (Raymond); and her stepgrandchildren, RayRay, Damien of Thaxton, DJ, Jackson, Turi, Luka and Coco.
