It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Flora Mae Harris of Gulfport, Mississippi, who passed away on July 20, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bernie Harris; her parents, William Edgar and Allie Howard Patten; and her siblings, Allie Ruth Johnson, Helen Smith and John Bill Patten.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Harris Rose (Mark); her grandsons, Andrew Rose (Gabrielle) and Justin Rose (Ashley); and her great grandchildren, Hayden Rose of Gulfport, Mississippi., Harris Rose of Gulfport, Mississippi. and Piper Rose of Gulfport, Mississippi..
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home - Gulfport (1726 15th St, Gulfport, MS 39501). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Memorial Park Funeral Home & Cemetery (5668 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN 38119).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her honor to First United Methodist Church, 2301 15th Street, Gulfport, Mississippi 39501.
