He was predeceased by : his parents, Archie A. Lott and Carrie Elma Daniels Lott; and his brothers, William "Jerry" Lott, Alan D. Lott and Daniel L. Lott.

He is survived by : his significant other Helen J. Sessions Parker (Nita); his sons, Dan (Kelli) and Frank, Jr. (Tabitha); and his stepchildren, Kelly C. Parker (Stacy), Shirlee M. Parker, Penny Parker Graham and Michael Sadovsky (Marcie). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
