He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Richbourg Lewis; his children, Stephen F. Lewis (Tina) of Clinton, MS, Suzanne Lewis Alfonso (Andy III) of Ocean Springs, MS and Richard J. Lewis (Lindsey) of Hattiesburg, MS; and his grandchildren, Bradley S. Lewis (Jordan), Trent M. Lewis, Alden R. Alfonso, Ethan L. Alfonso, Caitlin S. Alfonso, Ella E. Alfonso, Rylan B. Lewis and Ramsey E. Lewis.
