She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Ray Jacobs and Jacquelyn Rogers; her husband Ray Kelly; her son Jason Haley; and her brother Freddy Ray Jacobs.
She is survived by: her daughter Julia Dawn Haley; her grandson Chason Regan Haley; her siblings, Vickie Penton (Eugene), Kathy Sue Penton (Dennis) and Eddie Lee Jacobs; her godchildren, Whitney Penton (Raven) and Matthew Penton Sr. (Renee); her siblings' children, Henry "Bubba" Rieley and Amanda McDaniel; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Matt Penton Jr., Austin McDaniel, Jacquelyn Penton and Jenna McDaniel.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM.
