He was predeceased by : his father Herd Nathaniel Guice; and his brother Herd Stanley Guice. He is survived by : his wife Terri A. Guice; his mother Pauline Guice; his daughter Jodie Lynn Guice; his grandchildren, William Keith McPherson, Kierston Lane McPherson and Kollie Lynn Buckner; his great grandchild Ronnie McPherson; his brothers-in-law, Bart Buckner, Bret (Connie) and Dennis Buckner; his nieces, Rachel Guice, Allisyn Conerly and Lily Guice; and his aunt Sadie Strahan.
