With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Guy Anthony Layton of Gulfport, Mississippi, born in Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on April 13, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Willard Layton and Dorothy Foster Layton; and his niece Emily Kate Anglin. He is survived by: his children, Thad Layton and Audrey Kenwood; his daughter-in-law Stef Layton; his sisters, Dinah Layton and Lisa Barrett; his brother-in-law Paul Barrett; his grandchildren, Jake Layton, Hank Layton, Alexis Polatis, Eden Polatis, Corbin Polatis, Seneca Kenwood and Karmen Kenwood; and his great grandchild Royal Polatis.
