He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred McGinty Turner and Bill Turner; and his sister Billie Sue Turner. He is survived by: his wife Martha Williams Turner of Gulfport; his daughters, Elise Dorman Bair (Todd) of Flower Mound and Kimberly Turner Williams (Shaun) of Collierville, Tennessee.; his grandchildren, Clayton Allen Williams (Delaney) of Memphis, TN, Chandler Bradford Williams of Nashville, TN, Courtney Lauren Williams, Christian Turner Williams, Anna Caroline Williams of Collierville, TN, Christopher Tyler Bair, Brandon Nicholas Bair and Katherine Nicole Bair of Flower Mound, TX; and his great grandchild Rhenora Rose Williams of Memphis.

He died peacefully at home from Alzheimer's Disease dementia and was surrounded by his loving family.
