He is survived by : his children, Jennifer Salyers (Silas Jason) of Sandy Hook, KY, Laura Adkins (Denvil) of Sandy Hook, KY, Nathaniel Terry (Casey) of Jackson, KY, Makayla Terry of Morehead, KY. and Khloe Terry of Morehead, KY; his siblings, Janie Glass (Jon) of Grayson, KY and William Sherman Terry of Gulfport, MS; and his grandchildren, Jasmyne Salyers, Silas Jason Salyers, Jr., Rylea Adkins, Taegan Adkins, Denvil Adkins, Landon Adkins, Nolan Adkins, Chance Terry and Chace Terry.
